We are a boutique community with 18 apartment homes. We offer 1 and 2 bedroom floorplans with options to live between floors 2-4. We do offer commercial spaces on our 1st floor with being occupied by Hopworks Pub and Grizzly Tattoo. ecoFlats has been open since 2010, and is now offering newly renovated apartment homes for a great value in our neighborhood. Residents receive benefits of 10% off at our commercial spaces, a shared outdoor balcony space, an herb garden to enjoy, and a compost program!
